The state of North Dakota has become the nation's first bona fide fourth rate state. Having left Mississippi, Alabama, West Virginia back in the 3rd Class category.

A graduate of UND Law as is ND Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has stated that the 42 member state police agency he oversees is among the best in the nation.
The ND Bureau of Criminal Investigation, has one Officer that is First Rate.
The apparatus of state including the local and county law enforcement agencies serving under the intellectually inbred UND grads have along with the lowest standard lawyers acted in concert with them to lie steal cheat and kill. The descent has been pursued by intellectual inbreeding as if having children with one's sister is a good recipe for superior genetics.
What else than the descent was ever possible.

As if it were a perverted goal, for instance in the truck driving world there is an occasional breakdown in the restroom/shower areas of truck stops, particularly those with high standards of maintenance and cleaning, or observation. It starts where one truck driver becomes appalled at the hygiene of the facility it usually always has to do with the hygiene and he begins the downward spiral, he defecates on the floor. If he is thinking of setting off the whole chain reaction properly he will defecate in a corner, so there is plenty of room for the next more disgusted driver to defecate not too far away leaving room on the floor for many more defecations. If the chain of disgust and continues the facility will have maybe 20-30 loads waiting for the hour someone shows up to replenish the restroom, shower area. I have done a little trucking - Thank God precious little, but have known a number of truckers who independently of each other have come upon such a scene - one admits to adding to it. Another tells of truckers who defecate in the showers and push the load down the drain with their toes. Such is the level of frustration among a class of underloved men who are a member of a profession with the highest opportunity for serial killing available with plenty of opportunity to meet people no one will much miss and the hatred so built up they must act.
So it is with the results of the taking too many dumps in one spot, your nephew - also your son.

Defecation is more than just an analogy - to help run off an Iranian born Catholic Chancellor of Higher Education, NDSU President Dean Bresciani along with then State Senator Tony Grindberg of Fargo - now a Fargo City Commissioner, got the legislature to buy out Hamid Shirvani's contract along with a loud stateside vociferous hate campaign that impugned Shirvani as a Muslim and to make him want to leave all the more - defecation was dumped in his driveway. Who arranged to leave it there? North Dakota's best and brightest - both recruited and homegrown.
